Day 3 - after the 3rd set of squats I can already feel my body getting stronger. By the 3rd set of leg lifts my metabolism was boosted and i was ready to start my day. 6 hours later my motor is still revving!! Woo woo look out 6 o'clock !!! I GOT YOU GIRLFRIEND!! ~~~ Kiki
